REMOTE’S NEW SINGLE: “CAN’T DO THIS WITHOUT YOU” IS OUT ON THE 16TH FEBRUARY.

Ruben and Alex, known for their blend of Alternative and bedroom/indie-pop music, formed their duo during the closing weeks of Sixth Form. Their paths converged in February 2020 in Manchester, their shared hometown, oblivious to the fact that their forthcoming collaboration would become a lifeline during the pandemic. During the lockdowns, they focussed on their growing digital audience on TikTok before they could play to live audiences. Inspired by the likes of Still Woozy, Remi Wolf and FINNEAS, producing music remotely became Alex and Ruben’s saving grace, hence the band name: remote
