Molly Burman returns with her second single of 2023 ‘Potential’ along with the announcement of her new EP ‘Worlds Within Worlds’, her first project in 2 years. The new single Potential comes alongside a new video showcasing the struggles and troubles of love, Molly had these words to say about her newest release.”Potential is about staying in a bad relationship in the hopes that it will get better. You keep hanging on to someone because you think about all the ways things could improve and the person that they could become, but you realise if it’s not good right now, you can’t stay in a situation that is making you unhappy. You can’t keep putting all your energy into someone’s potential”. Molly spoke to ASBO last month and shared her plans for her new project as well as feeling ready to showcase her newfound queerness as seen in the newest video with Molly’s love interest being a female.
