1.For Someone That Is Yet To Discover ‘FAT CONCUBINE’ How Would You Describe Yourself. As band: If you wanna have an outta body experience, come see us at one of our shows. Musical style: Alternative-Dance/mosh Dark-Techno Noise Punk Swing.

2. What Inspires You As An Artist?

Power, Pain, Lust, Pleasure, Love.

3. What Is Your Process For Preparing To Perform Live? Do You Have Any Diva Demands?

We don’t have any Diva demands. As we are kind people, we are getting what we want.

4. Where do you feel you fit into the music landscape?

Apocalypse is over, everything is getting better. Meanwhile, things are going to get wild. And wilder

5: What are your favourite musical genres, and are there any you Dislike?

Swing, Jazz, Trip Hop, Dark Techno, Groove Metal, Country and so on. Everything progressive and brave. Your own thoughts and dreams might be the most underrated genre.

6. Where did the name come from?

As we played a warm up show at the Old Dispensary (Camberwell…London) Someone from ‘Brixton Buzz’ asked for our name. The spontaneous answer FAT CONCUBINE. Baptism. Sealed. FAT CONCUBINE had a name. It turned out, it’s a Chinese flower as well.

7 What would you say is your greatest strength as an Artist?

Faith.

8. What would you say is your greatest weakness as an Artist?

Artists tend to be dysfunctional people, according to David Bowie. We can relate to it. The encounter between control and the uncontrollable

9.  What can fans expect from your new single ‘‘ Mad Man ’.

Having the urge to dance on the wire.

10. Who would you most like to collaborate with artistically?

We could name many we love, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that one really would love to collaborate. Many we never met; many we just know briefly. What do we know, maybe they are a pain in the arse and impossible to work with. Or maybe we are. It would be a bit like, to decide based on a photography  with whom we wanna have a common future. But who knows

ASAP Rocky, Marylin Manson, Billie Eilish, Josh Café,; we saw recently Buffee live, she’s amazing; Foelakzoid, Enola Gay. Quentin Tarantino would be cool…wouldn’t it?

11. What was your worst performance?

The one we forgot.

12: What was the most difficult obstacle you have ever faced and how did you overcome it?

Oneself. Staying to your true self

13: What is your creative process when making music. Do you work with others or is there just you?

We invited at our last 2 Manchester shows random musicians to join us on stage spontaneously. The last one at our support show for PATRIARCHY(USA) a saxophonist. And before that a guitarist at our support show for THE HIDE (USA)

But even if one is writing songs by oneself. One is always working and or collaborating with others…they might not know it. But influences are present 24/7

15 Where do you see your musical career in 10 years?

You shall know in 10 years.
