Mahalia plays Birthday Show at Scala

Last night rising artist Mahalia took to London's Scala for the last show on her headline show. Since accompanying Jorja Smith on her own tour earlier this year, where we caught Mahalia as the opening act. She went onto to headline her own set of shows in the UK in March before ending the tour last night which happened to fall on her 20th birthday.

The show was nothing short of good vibes and good time with Mahalia celebrating her birthday with 800 of her fans along with her friends and family which also took an opportunity during the show to bring out a cake and wish the singer a happy birthday.

Mahalia is an artist that has been making her moves and been working for a while to get to where she is and  before ending the show, she got emotional whilst speaking to audience about her journey in the industry and thanking her fans and family for all their love and support.

The night closed out what has been a great ride for Mahalia so far and we are looking forward to seeing what Mahalia does for the rest of the year.

As well as, her single Proud of Me which included a surprise appearance from Little Simz who came on stage to perform with Mahalia and wish her a happy birthday.
