You’re at the Yule Ball and Viktor Krum is kicking the shit out of you, whilst Dobby screams GILLYWEED into a sock, Pure theatre, come to a gig and find out, you won’t regret it
What inspires you as an artist?
(Fred) I get inspired by performances, other artists, new experiences, people watching; life.
What is your process for preparing to perform live? Do you have any Diva demands?
20 press ups, group hugs and existential dread. Our only demand is leave us alone for 10 minutes.
Where do you feel you fit into the music landscape?
Diagon Alley
What are your favourite musical genres, and are there any you dislike?
Industrial and Desert Rock are hugely influential genres for us, but we love all sorts. There’s a bit of pop in there, and some heavier stuff. We love everything other than the wombats. Not the band, the animals. Fucking weird little creatures.
Is there a story behind the name of the band?
Yes.
What would you say is your greatest strength as an Artist ?
Spice tolerance, Tommy can eat a full jar of green chili pickle without weeping
What would you say is your greatest weakness as an Artist?
We’re too nice. We’re the kind of band that will give you a four finger kit-kat and only ask for a small bite out of one of the fingers
What can fans expect from your new single VULTURES?
Big riffs, gloomy vocals, DIY production that stands up to the big studios (courtesy of Tommy), and it’s catchy as frick.
What music artist would you say have influenced your work ?
QOTSA, NIN, Cleopatrick, Royal Blood, bit of Maneskin
Who would you most like to collaborate with artistically ?
Cage the Elephant, they’ve been trying to cage that elephant for years, and I reck we could help them get it done, we’re good with animals

What was the most difficult obstacle you have ever faced and how did you overcome it?
Hurdles in year 6 – puberty
What is your creative process when making music. Do you work with others or is there just you ?
We love collaborating with other alt bands, our last single Doomscroll was recorded and released as a collective, something something HELLBENT
