CLASS OF 2019: University Of Brighton

The University of Brighton’s 2019 Graduate Fashion Show took place on 4th June 2019 at the Truman Brewery East London . It featured a variety of final year student collections from the university’s BA (Hons) Fashion design course . The show, showcased the creative talents of emerging designers and provided a platform for their work, including potential collaborations with industry leaders.

The atmosphere was loud with cheers and whistles throughout the catwalk in support for the graduates. The Brighton graduates used a lively use of colour whilst many were experimental with shape: often designing large shouldered jackets and asymmetric garments. A popular choice of design was to mix patterns and textures into one singular garment
